  1. Electric SHOCK is a current & not voltage ! When we are travelling in train, we are NOT CARRYING any current, as the train metal part is fully covering us & current flows through cables, which are well insulated. In case, the overhead high voltage cable falls on the train, then also, whole current will be carried by train metal & not by us. If high voltage wire falls DIRECTLY ON A PERSON who is hangging out of the train, then that person will carry current & will be killed instantly due to heavy current flowing through his body ! A 400Vac supply, but having only Pico Ampear ( 1/ 1000000 ) capacity will not give any shock. But, 230Vac supply with 1Ampear capacity will give shock !!!
